Make this with dark or white chocolate, or both and serve with a chocolate tart or brownies.
10g dark or white chocolate
100mL cream
Finely chop the chocolate. Combine with the cream in a heatproof bowl set over very gently simmering water.
Stir constantly for 5-6 minutes as the chocolate melts, removing from heat if it gets too hot.
Add 1 tbsp of your favourite liqueur if you like. Serve hot.
