Ingredients

  • 100g natural thick yoghurt with live cultures

  • 1/2 cup milk (organic dairy, soy, rice or almond)

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 handful baby spinach leaves

  • 1 banana

  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed (linseed), or the oil

  • 1/2 cup of ice

Method

  1. Combine the yoghurt, milk, honey, spinach, banana, flaxseed and ice in a blender.

    Blend until smooth and serve in a tall glass.
