Ingredients

  • 1 x 500g pack frozen mixed berries or raspberries

  • 1 x 500g tub natural yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 6-10 mint leaves, torn (optional)

  • 150g fresh blueberries, raspberries or strawberries

Method

  1. Place four serving glasses in the freezer to chill. Place frozen berries, yoghurt, honey and mint in a food processor and whiz until combined. Divide fresh berries between the four glasses, then dollop frozen yoghurt over the top in large scoops.

Drizzle with extra honey, if desired. Store remaining frozen yoghurt in a plastic container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
