Weekly meal planner: Don't waste a thing

Use the recipes we've listed below as a template for whatever ingredients you have in your fridge or pantry. Swap things out when you can, or just leave them out if it's a minimal amount. As Adam Liaw says: "Rather than stockpiling, the best way to make what you have go further is to throw out less. Before anything goes in the bin, think to yourself 'how can I use this?'."
