The salty feta is all the seasoning you need for this simple collection of ingredients. Don't think you're being lazy by not cutting them into smaller pieces. This is just how it's supposed to be.
• 2 very thick slices honeydew melon, peeled
• 200g feta, cut into 2-3 large wedges
• 4 baby cucumbers, peeled and halved lengthways
• 1 tbsp good-quality olive oil
Arrange all the ingredients on a plate and dress with olive oil.
