Good Food is thrilled to announce its first ever cookbook – Good Food Favourite Recipes – a beautiful collection of more than 100 recipes created for home cooks by nine of Australia's best-loved chefs, including Neil Perry, Kylie Kwong and Adam Liaw.
To celebrate we are hosting a special lunch at the Hotel Centennial in Woollahra on Tuesday, April 16.
The Good Food Favourite Recipes cookbook is a 224-page compilation of the chefs' favourite recipes from Good Food in The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age, as well as Good Weekend and Sunday Life magazines.
There are inspirational, easy weeknight meals along with plenty of delicious dishes to impress your guests, such as Danielle Alvarez's chocolate, butterscotch and raspberry trifle and Neil Perry's spicy braised lamb with apricots, pistachios and roast pumpkin.
Plus many more recipes from Jill Dupleix, Helen Goh, Dan Lepard, Andrew McConnell and Katrina Meynink.
Every recipe is clearly labelled for those looking for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options and has an accompanying photograph.
At the lunch, Good Food's Danielle Alvarez, from Fred's in Paddington, will cook a selection of delicious recipes from the cookbook, and guests will have the chance to mingle with Neil Perry, Jill Dupleix and others.
Shared entrees will include:
Bread, butter and olive oil and sliced prosciutto
Rigatoni with smoky eggplant, tomato and ricotta salata
Corn salad with walnuts, mint, chilli and pecorino
Shared mains:
