Ingredients

  • 150g blueberries

  • 1 small banana

  • 200ml low-fat natural yoghurt

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • Pinch of cinnamon

  • Ice to blend

Method

  1. Whiz all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy.

    Serve immediately and enjoy.
