A recipe from the Good Food collection.
2 × 310 g cans butter beans, rinsed and drained
2 cloves garlic, crushed
300 ml cream
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves
2–3 teaspoons lemon juice
1. Combine the beans, garlic, cream and rosemary in a pan. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
2. Blend or process the mixture until smooth, adding lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.
