Steaming out Allpress coffee for Fairlight locals, this diminutive cafe has a not-so-secret weapon; in cahoots with the butcher next door, they're turning out some killer burger-centric lunches made with only the best produce. Tender steak sandwiches have just a hint of mustard with the onion jam; piri piri chicken burgers deliver a creamy and fiery kick; but the wagyu beef burger is the mother-load, with beetroot, bacon, a thick, moist patty and a bun that is just soft enough to sop up the juices. A scattering of street-side seats and indoor tables fill up fast at lunchtime at this popular eatery.
