Aaron Turner, ex Loam and Belle's Hot Chicken, teams up with Nathan Veach (Bistro at Banks), Kate Veach (Kilgour Street Grocer & Cafe) and Nathan Johnston (Cartel Coffee) to bring seriously good Nashville-style hot chicken to Geelong. Sit at the counter and pick your chicken (wings, tenders or dark meat), your heat factor (from Southern to "evil"), your sides (slaw or fries) and your dipping sauce, then consider a glass of natural local wine.
