Still serving up arguably the best steaks in the state courtesy of nearby Colly Creek Station, Graze at the Willow Tree Inn is exceptional in every way.

In previous years the service let the team down, but the performance on the floor now matches the skill in the kitchen. The complimentary bread is house-made, the red cabbage, apple, fennel and caramelised walnut slaw is generously proportioned and impeccably fresh, the 400-gram sirloin steak is thick and fine-grained.

Things really get interesting on the dessert front: house-churned ice-creams accompany world-class dishes that wouldn’t be out of place on the whitest linen.
