Yummy Chinese BBQ

This isn't your standard Chinese chop shop with roasted treats in the window. Here, a motorised grill does the work, so all you need to do is select from a cold buffet of meat skewers - beef, lamb, tongue, prawns, chicken gizzards or hearts and prawns and squid - then slot them into the grill to rotate over charcoal. Before you know it, your meat is ready, supplemented by a selection of salads, soup, Sichuan-style fish and pork belly, among others, and a dessert buffet that tempts, perhaps, with mango pudding. All you need to do then is order some beers and keep the grill stocked. Lots of fun!
