Two ingredients and five minutes to get biscuits ready for the oven might seem too good to be true, but it isn't. I make these as an after-school snack that will keep in an airtight container for a day or two.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana

  • ¾ cup muesli with dried fruit

Method

  1. 1. Heat your oven to 180C (160C fan-forced). In a medium bowl, mash the banana with a fork and add the muesli. Stir to combine. With wet hands, mould the mix into small balls and press onto a lined baking sheet, flattening slightly. The biscuits should be about 1cm thick.

    2. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly and serve.
