If you've ever been on holiday to any of the Philippines' 7000 islands, you might have found yourself addicted to these delicious fruit-based shakes. Here's how to make them at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh rockmelon pieces

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple pieces

  • ¼ cup evaporated milk

  • 2 tbsp sugar, or to taste

  • 1½ cups ice

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency, adding a little water if necessary. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness and consistency as required.
