Ingredients

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

  • 2/3 cup flour

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder

  • 250g butter

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Combine eggs, sugar and vanilla essence in a bowl and mix well. Sift flour and cocoa into sugar mixture, add melted butter (use a microwave) and mix well. Spoon into a mini-cupcake pan and bake for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
