685ml (2¾ cups) lemon juice
310g (1¼ cups) sugar
ice cubes, to serve
mint leaves, to garnish
Combine the lemon juice and sugar in a large bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Pour into a large jug.
Add 1.25 litres (5 cups) water to the pitcher and stir well to combine. Refrigerate.
To serve, pour over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
