A quick and easy smoothie, the perfect complement to a healthy breakfast.

Ingredients

3 cups cold milk

1/3 cup runny honey

1 cup vanilla yoghurt

4 scoops vanilla ice-cream

1 1/2 cups frozen berries, such as blueberries

Method

Place ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Serve immediately.
